Montmeló, Spain. ASPPA IMAGES Europe and DBL Photoagency provided editorial photo coverage of the 2025 FIA Formula 2 pre-season test, held 24–26 February 2025 at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Montmeló, Spain.
The three-day test had no race winner, with teams concentrating on set-up work and long runs. PREMA Racing’s Gabriele Minì set the fastest time of the test, a 1:23.660 on Day 2, while Trident’s Sami Meguetounif topped the final session.
During the event, ASPPA IMAGES and DBL Photoagency produced an extensive editorial photo report covering the first running of the new season, teams at work in the garages and pit lane, new liveries and the operational rhythm of testing. The selection is intended for publication and editorial use by news media, specialist print and digital publications, teams, event organisers and other media partners.
Accredited on-site photography was carried out by Daniel Ballarín López, a longstanding ASPPA IMAGES photographer and founder of DBL Photoagency. The material was produced through the collaboration between ASPPA IMAGES and DBL Photoagency. Alexander Seregin served as Editor-in-Chief and Photo Editor for the project.
